   Im hopefully picking up my copy of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate today (Wii U), and am pretty excited!

   It's my first Monster Hunter game and i'm really looking forward to slaying some beasts!

   I've tried the demo alot now, I absolutly hated it at first, but, know i've got the hang of it and some of the classes im loving it.

   I think im going for a 'Hammer build' as my first class, then maybe 'Switch Axe' as that was pretty fun to use in the demo.

   Anyone else up for some Hunting, my Wii U gamertag is:

   Im probably going to spend the weekend on single player, building up my stats and grinding / crafting, but, after that will be ready to slay some beasts!

   I can't get past the clumsy controls and difficulty. It is basicly a PSO game in a different setting and a few extra bells and whistles. But I would rather play PSO.

   Same here. It's like the last 10 years of action games didn't happen. Love the content and general game idea, hate the controls and the obviously designed for a smaller system zone design.

   I'll revisit when the series evolves a bit.

   Fine! If I get devoured by a Sasquatch I'm holding you 2 responsible! ;)

   I get what your saying though, it is a strange game and I found it hard to get into a stride until I got the hang of some of the weapons.

   I think it'll all come together online though!

   Also, totally up for some PSO2 when it releases, will be playing on Vita, not sure if its cross play with the PC version?

   I am not too sure if Vita and PC play nice or not for PSO2, I would assume they don't. But ya never know. If I get a Vita(still undecided) it be in large part because of PSO2. I owned a PSP because of PSP(Phantasy Star Portable) one and two.

   I still play PSO Blue Burst on PC, give it a Google if interested. It is still out there. Costs nothing.

   I will be willing to bet dollors to doughnuts that the WiiU game will play laggy online. And I am guessing the timing of attacks and dodges will be off because of it. I hope not, but if Madden online is any indication....

   If the game is smooth and better then I thought, I will prolly pick it up post launch, when the price drops a bit. It has gotten to a point where I almost never preorder any more, don't even like to buy day one. Best to wait and see, how is the online, what level of DLC, etc...
