@DSB, agreed. I think it was made quite clear from the outset she's not your average joe stranded on an island. She is always thanking Roth to herself for some sort of training he gave her. I think now its just do or die and she is putting it all to actual use.

gotta admit u convinced me ! thanks . however,i haven't changed my mind about supporting characters
(GwynbleiddiuM i'd like 2 have ur website(bazicenter) username.)
if u want to defeat a villain , u gotta be a better villain !
i find you funny, you dismiss my opinion and reaction for the game then said your own as if what you say is right.
if the story is not good for you, then that's your opinion.
So far I like the story. Set on an island...what more do you want? what is hard to understand.
I don't know much about Lost tv series (don't watch em), and if this game does not feel like Lost then the devs were original and creative with the story!
How can the graphics could have been better? my goodness!!??
are you playing on SD TV? The graphics looks on par with Uncharted, yet it's a multiplatform title.
When you look at many games with good graphics and look at the vistas, they are just a texture wall paper in the background but this game has better vista just like Uncharted.
Real time graphics, weather effects, daytime graphics that changes the mood. I love the sun ray effect. Square Enix utilizes the lens flare which is very nice for fire camps (it was used in Sleeping Dog).
Once again, all the interaction, physics effects that were only possible in Uncharted were possible in this game!
When Square Enix were disappointed with sales for this game, you know for sure they were disappointed.
From what I've experienced so far (in final camp right now). This game probably took 4/5 years in making, EXPENSIVE budget up to Call of Duty Modern Warfare kind of budget. They probably needed 5/6 million to break even with budget.
To me this is how a 7th gen should be. But the game design feels like a 8th gen game but lacking the 8th gen graphics.
chill man , no hard feelings,i think u got me wrong . i really enjoyed the game ,played 2 times n never found it boring or something , in my opinion as i said graphics could've been a little bit better (i gave 9 for it!), u can find some rough textures n poor face tesselation, framerate problems n stuff but generally speaking it was great with fantastic atmosphere
one more thing, i loved tressfx technology !
It's great game! I love it's gameplay. You can feel like Lara playing it ;)
I really liked this game. Fuck off multiplayer, but everything else was great. Great story, visually interesting, nice gameplay, pretty good voice acting... No complaints that I can't easily forget because it's a game.
not angry, i was saying my point.
But you still don't get the graphical side.
Play majority of Multiplatform games and tell me how many look as good as Tomb Raider.
When I compare Tomb Raider's graphics with Uncharted, you know how big the graphics are.
Many things Tomb Raider did, many multiplatform title could not even pull it off.
multiplatform games like FC3, Crysis 3,Uncharted 3 but its not about comparing n stuff its about the game itself , i believe that it has the potential to be better ...
TR is more like other games in this genre especially Uncharted series , i mean u can't find anything new in this game , however its an awesome one undoubtedly
