Forgive my lack of knowledge but this seems pretty lame compared to the next Playstation, looks like MS is going for a cheaper box with Kinect/Apps.

So it's not a rumor, but the final specs?
Remember, there's lots of speculation about 2 SKU's, one for media based experience, and one for gaming power.
Maybe these leaks are just a ruse and MS will also put out a crazy powerful machine? Lord knows, they can afford too, especially with the long haul this generation is going to last.
If not, I'll be gutted as I was going to make the 720 my main console, with Wii U and PS4 eventually for exclusives.
@CyberMarco - Just rumours. Nothing has been confirmed.
I'm not going to worry about it, if MS would seriously release a seriously gimped machine then they will pay the cost. I truly hope that MS doesn't think that releasing a machine that is more about media, apps, DVR, and gadgets is more important than having a powerful base system to start with. However, this is MS, and they do what they want thinking the world moves to its beat, and then act likes its everyone else's fault when it doesn't.
I really don't care about about tablet controllers, Kinect, augmented reality glasses, DVR, apps, etc. I just want a powerful system with an improved controller and amazing looking and playing games, and Sony is looking more and more to be the one that is going to give that to me.
If they use that anti-used game tech i'm not buying one though, and that goes for MS as well.

Just pretend you're using Steam or the Steam Box. You think thats going to allow second hand games? Nope.
@gek - That is true regarding selling 2nd hand games on Steam. However, I can purchase full retail games for dirt cheap on digital download sites like Steam, and MS (don't own a PS3 so I can't speak for Sony, but they have PSN+ games to play and thats a real feature to me) never sells games near what Steam does.
So, if my choices are buy a $400+ console and $60 games that I can never
sell, or buy a midrange PC to awesome PC for $500+ and then buy games for under half that on sale and sometimes WAY less ($5 to $15) that I can never sell, I will stick with Steam and it's ilk.
It will curtail gamers taking chances on titles that they were iffy on. I might buy a game on a whim for $20 to $40 but I won't for $60, as if I don't like it i'm stuck with it. I take chances on Steam games all the time as I usually pay under $20. I just cannot imagine MS or Sony lowering prices on games after the take the trade in value away.
