   Hello gamers. As you may be aware, Black Ops 2 gets its first DLC next week - the Revolution map pack.

   To tie in with the launch we're holding a community free-for-all challenge on Wednesday Jan 30th at 8pm GMT for our readers, and Sam will be streaming it on the site live. The match will take place on the game's standard maps, and if you win you get a Black Ops 2 DLC season pass on either PS3 or Xbox 360.

   Not bad eh? We will announce the winners next Friday February 1st as part of my Revolution DLC 'unreview'.

   So...

   What? - The session will consist of three private matches of Free-For-All on three randomly chosen maps. Any load-out goes. There are 18 player slots, but two of those will be filled by myself and Sam, who will be CoD-casting the event here. So, we have 16 reader slots available.

   The winner will be the player with the highest score over three matches. We'll do the maths after the battle and announce the winner here on Thursday Jan 31st. As I mentioned you will win a DLC season pass if you come out on top.

   When and where? - The community battle will take place Wednesday 30th of January at 8pm GMT. We're playing on the Xbox 360 build. My gamertag is 'fastrez'. You'll need to add me in order to be invited to the match. Fail to add me and you can't play, unfortunately.

   How do I sign? - Simply register your interest here and the first 16 players will be included in the roster. I'll update the participants here as they come.

   What's the catch? - No catch, but the match will be streamed here live as it happens, and the video will be published as part of my Revolution DLC review. You can also win Black Ops 2 merch that we're negotiating with Activision. Plus, you get to shoot me full of holes. What's not to like?

   There you have it folks. First come, first served. If you find you can't play on Wednesday then let me know here ASAP so we can give someone else a slot.
