I'm curious, are there any people who visit this site that have and/or works in networking? Any of you familiar with OSPF, EIGRP, RIPv2 etc? I know a lot of us say we want to work to develop video games. but how many of us want to work in the networking application side of it?

My wife is a project manager and networking guru Lex, she specializes in disaster recovery. She has a couple of different degrees, both in biz managment and networking/IT. She has more certs then I can count, and knows more acryonems then I should be allowed by law. She works for a fortune 500 company.
That is as close to that stuff as I am ever going to get. Mostly I just play games, if the PC needs a quick swift kick in the CPU, I call her in.

Right now im working in network configurations. I was doing some programming about 6 months ago with raptor and phython. I like it but i hate how easy it is to mess things up. I had the most fun programming in linux though its what makes me want to be a linux administrator.
Your wife must be working her arse off OG because the more I get into this I see how much people can just screw up networks/computers/databases. I am working for a school district now and man it is a handful.
One day maybe I can work for the big 3 or a up and coming. or just keep messing around help desk shutters
