Psychotext - I presume you mean Radec. If you mean the waves of Helghast, let me know.
The trick to beating Radec is to immediately run and find the best weapon you can (for me it's the M82, racked up on that stuff at the back of the room opposite where you come in - but others say the shotgun is useful here, too) and spend 15-20 seconds or so getting in some good, accurate shots (you will already know to keep moving and turning, watching for the blue flash). Don't spend too long doing this; if you have got good shots in he should back off very slightly: rapidly take the stairs and head up to the balcony, run as fast as you can to the corner (above where you came in, near the racks of guns) and put your back to the wall so he cannot spawn behind you and he will start spawning a few feet away at left, right, left, right, etc etc, over and over again. Just keep turning left and right to face him, putting accurate bursts of rounds into him and eventually you'll damage him enough to force him to spawn to the far balcony which you cannot reach (where the waves of Helghast came from). Get to the sniper rifle immediately - if I remember correctly he'll start taking pot-shots at you - and get a direct hit as soon as you can. Fortunately for me, my first sniper rifle shot hit him square in the body. I don't think I've ever picked up a gun, aimed and fired and hit a target so quickly in my entire gaming life! It was about 0400 and I jumped up and down, whooping and waking the Mrs upstairs.
Did it in 22m 30s (infuriatingly missing the trophy, given I had spent five of those minutes playing about with tactics) and dare not try again for a few weeks......

I've beaten him in 14m 20s, but I can't get past the first set of waves on Elite.

I'd say there was. Many people haven't worked out that it's easier if you don't give him the opportunity to spawn behind you - you'll be amazed how many people I have told this and how 99% have said "Ah, of course!".
But if you've already done it, there's nothing I can't tell you (unless you haven't used the old chair....? - the other trick). I wouldn't even attempt it on Elite myself. Had enough trouble on easy.......

Complete all levels without dying = SilverAre you f***ing kidding me, GG? Shouldn't that be Bronze, Silver and Gold respectively?

That without dying one isn't actually that bad with the exception of a couple of fights.

As you know, on the balcony far left (and right) there are barriers of junk. On the left side there is a chair. If you head there with a missile launcher or RPG, you can hide behind the barrier of crap and then quickly jump up on the chair so you are looking over the barrier, fire accurately at the Helghast from close range, then jump back down and hide. I found it was the best way to deal not only with the Helghast firing rockets near the end of the level but also the initial waves of troops (remembering to keep enough RPGs for the former). As long as you keep your back in the corner when hiding of course, so you don't get surprised by a Helghast coming up the stairs or along the balcony.
