Hi today i was banned from BF 3 Russian server with stated reason: fuck you niga!
I contacted EA and they refused to take action. I am experienced player on the moment when i was banned i had k/d ratio 35/5.

Posted about problem in forum and was banned in forum.
Players police their own servers as well so if you were on a player's server and not EA they can do what ever they like.
EA is not going to do anything about this, its not their place.
Basically yeah. It was a private server in Russia. Not sure what you expect EA to do about it.
There's a lesson to be learned here:
Don't play on Russian servers. EVER.

How "personal" BF3 servers are is up for debate imo.
BF3 servers are rented from 3rd party service providers who in turn pay EA fees for the rights to rent out BF3 servers.
EA provide zero "official" servers on PC, you play on someone else server or you don't play. In light of that fact I think it's reasonable for there to be certain standards in the running of a Ranked BF3 server and that admins who habitually breach those standards have their servers made Unranked - anything goes in an Unranked server.
I don't know the whole story with OP, but I think kicking players with a hostile offensive message definitely breaches some standards. Even if OP was being just as nasty in the chat box or cheating or whatever the reason was he got kicked/banned, I think as an admin you have to have a bit of maturity behind your decisions.
Still, nothing here has anything to do with EA, so the headline is misleading.
He reported the incident to EA and they took no action.
If they won't bother to balance the game, it stands to reason that they don't give half a fuck about who plays it.
Don't expect that much from EA.
I've been kicked from servers for not being Norwegian and not being Thai in BC2, even though my ping was fine. Shit happens.
The worst I've seen was openly neo nazi servers in World At War though, obviously Activision doesn't give a fuck either.
Not balanced? Are you serious? There isn't many other games out there more balanced.
My definition of balance refers to an even playing field in which all spawns, all weapons and all vehicles are viable.
Under that definition, BF3 still feels like a new release. Although the superior weapon sometimes changes from patch to patch, so I guess that's some sort of improvement from BC2.
DSB, all weapons are perfectly balanced. Some are better in certain situations, but that's expected. There isn't a gun in BF3 I haven't played with, or a gun that is bad. They're all good on some maps, and bad on others.
In all seriousness though, the people you need to contact is the sever host. All BF3 servers as someone else has mentioned has to be hosted by a reputable hosting company. Speak to their customer service people and point out that the servers they host are being used for racist abuse.
