For me it's DMC, Dead Space 3, Aliens: Colonial Marines, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, BioShock Infinite, Crysis 3 Tomb Raider.
Maybe Dead Island: Riptide, though I haven't finished the first game.
If it releases in 2013: Beyond: Two Souls, The Last of Us, Star Wars 1313, The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct and Watch Dogs.
StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm. I don't think i'll be playing much else than that for 2013 and a good part of 2014 to be completely honest...
Meta Gear Rising: Revengeance, The Last Of Us, Mewgenics, Bioshock: Infinite, Anarchy Reigns, Rayman Legends, Ni No Kuni: Wrath Of The White Witch, and a bunch of games I haven't gotten around to yet. Dang steam sales.

Hey, this thread could turn into "VG247 Community's Most Anticipated Games of 2013 " List.
DmC, Metal Gear Rising, Lost Planet 3 (i hope so at least: loved the first one hated the second), bioshock Infinite, Rayman Legends, Castlevania 3ds, Luigis Mansion, Animal Crossing, Last of Us (maybe), Tomb Raider (maybe), Pikmin 3, Gears Judgement, Sly Cooper Thieves in Time, The Cave, The Wonderful 101,...hopefully BUNGIE´S DESTINY?...and probably much much more. those are the ones that come to my mind instantly. i found 2012 not totally shabby but a bit meh. 2013 looks better already imho.
No GTAV yet really?? I mean The Last of Us for sure but GTA is easily my pick. I mean my pants are bulging with anticipation! Oh wait that's something else..brb.
I'll be starting 2013 off with Assassins Creed Revelations & III.
But my most anticipated would be:
Tomb Raider
Metro 2033: Last Light
GTA IV
Last of Us
Metal Gear: Ground Zeroes
As for MGS:GZ... it's got to be 2013 right? This will be the last year of this gen...
I'll be playing Tomb Raider, The Last of Us, Revengence, Bioshock; Infinite, Metro 2033; Last Light (assuming it makes it), Dead Space 3, and assuming I eventually cave in and get a Wii U some time in 2013, Pikmin 3, New Mario U, Nintendoland, Zombie U, Rayman and Legends.
Hopefully something on the next Xbox. Then there's GTA V, ACIII, Bioshock Infinite, The Last of Us and possibly Dead Island: Riptide, pending the reviews. Probably a bunch of titles I'm not thinking of as well.
Destiny all the way. Holding out hope for Metro, Tomb Raider, 1313 and Last of Us.
