   It's actually not free to play, it's priced at 30 euro/dollars at the moment.

   First come, first serve. I am going to need some way to find you on Steam though.

   An id link like the one taco posted should do the trick.

   *edit*

   Note that I can't send one to people who already have the game. I'm guessing it's to avoid people hoarding the passes.

   Yea I saw that then I scrolled down the page and it says I already own it even though I've never even bought it or downloaded it before, and it says every person on my friends list owns it even though I know for a fact they don't so I'm not sure.

   I'm pretty sure that's the spectator client, which everyone has for e-sports purposes.

   I think you only see who has it and who doesn't once you try to gift a key like these.
