The game is really cheap on psn now, costing less than 15$. Is 9 tracks and all the free music dlcs worth it?

i love ridge racer. the psp ridge racer were fantastic. i was absoluteley disappointed with RR vita! i wouldn´t recommend buying it for more than 5$ even if you are a HC fan...but then, we disagree about a lot of things so it´s probably better you´ll wait for other opinions;)

Go for ModNation Road Trip. It's about £3.70 at the moment which is a crazy-good price (if you don't already own).

@Dragon
I thought it was really poor when I got it on my Vita...
Felt like a really bad IOS port. I think the ones on the PSP would be better or better yet, try and get Rage Racer on PS1!
That was the best in the series for me! :)

Ooh yeah.. good call MG. If Type 4 works on Vita that'll be the one to buy!

Thanks for the replies dudes! Sorry I couldn't reply earlier as I am suffering from typhoid.
@Poly
Thanks. No buy then. But just wanted to ask again as its around $12 for full game (I mean demo:P), plus gold and silver pack, so almost all cars (around 10) and all tracks (9 of them) and lots of music. So is it a good deal?
@Deacon
I played ModNation Road Trip demo, it didnt like it. So are you saying its better than RR vita?
@MG
Thanks!
@OrbitMonkey
And you are a chump for commenting knowing its vita related and for thinking you are a smartass and contributing nothing to any debate except piss poor jokes. So you are a triple chump chum.Posted 6 months ago # -
Hey :) I can't really speak for RR Vita, it's just that what I've seen doesn't look great, and I haven't heard any praise for it.
At £3 something ModNation is just really good value - though not really comparable to something like Ridge Racer tbh. I wasn't sure during the first couple of races, but it opens up into quite a cool little game. The handling and power-sliding feels pretty good.
I've been playing Sound Shapes on Vita recently and LOVE it! (sorry.. off topic)

Wait, you come in here asking others to help you make a decision, then argue with their opinion?!
How fucking rude :-/

@OrbitMonkey
Thanks for helping me to make a decision.
Oh wait, you didn't. And you are feeling bad when someone says the same thing back to you.
How fucking rude :)Posted 6 months ago # -
For that money buy dokuro instead or when vikings attack
Posted 6 months ago # -
@Manu
No Dokoro available here *cries*
I will be playing generally single player only. Is WVA good enough with only singleplayer.Posted 6 months ago # -
And vikings attack?
Posted 6 months ago # -
@Manu
Thats what I asked. Does it have a good enough single player?Posted 6 months ago # -
No it doesn't & your a chump for buying a Vita.

Yep it does, and the multiplayer is fun, well if you like beating the scores of the ones you are playing with.

I agree with ManuOtaku.:) By the way, teaching our kids at a young age the proper way of spending money is very important these days. As a matter of fact many moms and dads teach personal financial basics to their kids at home. Some young adults acquire the knowledge of spending their money wisely by having to handle real financial crises. But those who do get an early foundation in personal finances do tend to have much more success and wealth as adults. You may visit here for more info: Financial literacy concerns us all - Part 1
