Two Czech members of the developing team of the Bohemia Interactive game Arma 3 have been arrested on the Greek island of Limnos, after taking photos of military installations. They are suspected of espionage and might be charged within 24 hours.

Didn't some plane spotters from the UK get arrested in Greece a few years ago too? They didn't really get the idea of plane spotting at all.
Edit: Yes in 2001 - they were convicted but appealed and released. Took some time though.
