   Green Man Gaming is selling pre-purchases of Borderlands 2 for 20%, plus I found a 25% off coupon that can be put on top of that although I'm not sure how much longer the coupon is good for. It gives you the steam version too so if you're on PC, I don't see why you wouldn't do this.

   Practically you can use this code for every digital game, even Battlefield 3 Premium. Which would cost around 35euro.

   Borderlands 2 on the PC will be using steamworks so no matter where you get it. You have to have steam.
