If you're a total DSB fanboy like Da Man, you'll notice that Startopia is the ONE game I always bring up as the most unfair failure in gaming history.
To this day, I still have no fricken idea why it failed, and sent Mucky Foot to its much undeserved grave. I've been playing it at least once a year since the day I bought it, and it's one of the few plastic boxes I still keep on my bookcase.
It's 6 bucks, and you're missing out like whoa, if you don't go for it. It's the last of the great Tycoon games.

For the uninitiated, Mucky Foot were a bunch of old Bullfrog veterans who left after the EA buy-out, and tried to make something as stupid as a games studio that cared about people.
Kieron Gillen wrote a pretty great article on it over yonder:

Play Startopia. Do it.
