You're shitting me right? Why do you think I mentioned showing full frontal male nudity on TV? Hell, I've seen just as bad on the BBC on a Sunday afternoon.
As for kids... if you're a parent and you're letting your kids play a game as fucked up as GTA IV then you've got issues.

Lets look at it from another slant then...
...running over umpteen pedestrians, fucking prostitutes, gunning down people in any number of different ways and the type of general story you'd expect in a Godfather movie... and you're worried about a level of nudity no worse than what you'd see in an Attenborough documentary on the beeb?
You don't need a clue about games. You need to have a basic enough level of intelligence to read the big 18 rating on the front of the game.

Considering most DLC wouldn't even have fully animated cutscenes in them...
Gotta give Rockstar credit for having the balls (pun totally intended) to do this. *laughs* Not to mention the entire scene is just funny and well written.

There's an excellent Armstrong and Miller sketch where they are having breakfast in the nude. All the way through the sketch props manage to obscure their bits until right at the end and are revealed in all their glory. I like how this clip does the same.

The Simpsons Movie was a PG and ran the same sketch only ending in a child's penis being shown. :-D

Showing a full frontal of a flaccid penis is nothing these days. Check out some of those "twentieth century sex guide" programs on Channel 5 / Fiver.
They had 3 blokes lined up with erections (on UK television about 10pm), measured them, and then sent them off with an 'enlarge your penis' product. One guy actually increased by an inch if I remember. I'll have to get me some of what he had... That'll give me 13 inches then, chortle!
Also, they had the famous camera strapped to bell-end scene, with some bloke squirting his creamy baby gunk into some birds glory hole. Now that's entertainment.
