It's strange they don't kickstart it midnight Thursday or Friday for the headstart so you can get in a Friday evening through to the weekend. I guess they're thinking people have social lives and would rather go out :P
Darksiders II, Transformers: FoC, GW2... Kinda glad I just went on holiday recently and decided to have a "quiet month"... just don't tell anyone how much I spent on games! Haha :D

^I know what you mean. However i just got back to work today, so it is 8-16 work for me. And i have to play Darksiders 2, Dark Souls, Planetside 2 and the occasinal StarCraft 2 and SWTOR. WTB TIME! Btw, gl hf to all of you that are going to play GW2 ;)

Are you going to try it Talkar?
Grim, have you decided on a server yet? How about starting class etc? What stood out for you?
As you know, I didn't take to the beta all that much but I'm thinking I will go with either Norn Guardian or Sylvari Elementalist at launch.

Desolation will be my server. We kicked arse in the World v World. Guild will be Twisted.
Class wise I will roll an Elementalist at first, then Thief. Both excellent in pvp. Although the Thief will struggle in WvW because its a Melee class and defending a castle isnt an option, so a Short Bow is needed.
I did the same with my Ele..had Melee weapons but then learnt to use the Staff which was just nasty in WvW - as I could deal some damage(and healing) from high up.
Seriously, I have NEVER had that much fun in an MMO pvp since Star Wars Galaxies. Now if Bioware used their brain, unlocked some Server v Server action it would make a change to the dull warzones.

Transfer over to Desolation and look for Derek Acorah - thats me :)Transfers take seconds. Just need to log out then back in after you made the request and bingo - its done!

I haven't picked a server yet as none of my other mate pre-ordered so I'm flying solo at the moment haha.
I might transfer over for the stress test tonight if you're on?
