    Not true... I purchased CoD4:GotY edition at retail. Got about two thirds of the way through before getting stuck on that level where the tank is trapped in some muck and you have to defend it from being attacked.

    By realistic, i mean that it's *trying* to be realistic or at least based in a plausible reality. Assassin's Creed and Tomb Raider are probably at the upper end of the realism spectrum as far as I'm concerned - I'm far more at home with games like BioShock, Bionic Commando and Mass Effect than anything like CoD or Battlefield.

    So, for example, I really enjoyed GTA: Vice City because it was so over the top, but GTA: San Andreas was too realistic for me and GTA4 was well out!

    That is presupposing I will play it, which I won't. I so don't care about it or any other shooter to be honest. For all I care they can release the best game ever made, I still won't buy it.
    The only shooter I bought is BF1943 and while it was fun for a few days, I don't need another one.

    Well I have played every COD game so will probably get this.
    Mind you I enjoyed COD WAW more so than modern warfare.
    I love the older guns.

    Honnestly i found WaW's weapons alot more interesting then the ones in CoD4 to. There were also so really decent perks that i think should have been ported over to MW2 (mainly Toss Back, Reconnaissance and perks that protect players against secondary grenades)
