Does anyone know when this is out in the UK on PSN? I click on the 'BUY NOW' button on the vita demo version and it comes up 'No content available' when it goes to the store at the moment

Urgh.. It was supposed to be a release on PSN in the UK (As its out in the EU today), but it turns out bricks and mortar shops had a s**t-fit and made them hold out till Friday. What a joke.

PSN Blog said that the game was meant to be out wednesday on PSN in Europe but no, it's not been out on there as i been checking.
I'd rather go buy a retail copy anyway.

've had a massive hassle this morning buying this game, tried three different stores in the town i live near and they weren't stocking it until the weekend at the earliest and they also had it marked up at £34.99 and not £29.99 like everybody else (also applies to HMV who had it in stock but had it at £34.99)
Went into a local Tesco store who do Vita stuff and they had it at £29.99 which, with conjunction with my staff discount, brought it down even more. So If you're doing trade-in stuff just go to CeX, get the cash and make your way to your local supermarket that stocks Vita stuff and get it much cheaper (and 3p cheaper than the PSN store download)
There's no wonder that Game and Gamestation are going down if they cannot even stock games on launch day and then stick a good £5 ontop of the price for no reason. Good riddance if you ask me

It came to UK PSN store at 9.30am today. I did hope it would come out at 12.00am like ME3.

least you had ME3 to play in the meantime.

Yep loving this, really well measured for the handheld format.
What I find most refreshing - despite the generic settings and characters - is the near complete lack of story. Too many shooters ended up getting bogged down in the idea of set pieces, drama, being restricted by story and pace. Whilst that obviously has a time and place this chucks all that in the bin and says - what would be a good piece of design to play through?
The bite sized missions, variety in type (assault, stealth, timed, elite etc) and way they unlock in a grid is really nicely done too. Dipping back in to replay missions is simple and effective. Play the sort of mission you fancy at the time.
It's not a killer app, there are a few control peculiarities and settings are uninspired to say the least. It does capture well the approach the Vita takes though. Quality of design, appearance and control from big-boy consoles but game design/approach suited to a mobile machine.

I got it from PSN in the end, £29.99 and shops often more expensive, as said in an above post.
So far, liking it! Its my kind of game, and missions are bit-sized for commutes. Can't wait for Socom to come out on it with adversarial multiplayer, even on PSP this was quite good fun

Had a great moment last night. Was doing an elite mission and right at the end of a three section set-up. One last assault. Snuck in and up close to 6 enemies. One beautifully placed grenade in the pack took out the main target and two others, a peer round the corner and two close range headshots with a shottie took out two more, and a switcheroo round the back found the last cowering and with his back to me :D
