   one think i would like to say is that ive spent my hole life thinking about this so dont crush me dreams
   I have put ALOT of thought into this and i what to here your ideas on how to improve this game.
   The video game is gunna be called Dog The Bounty Hunter, And yes its based on the popular tv series (if you dont know who he is wikileaks him)

   So this video game is going to be an open world stealth fps rpg, the open world bit is gunna be like gta so you go to a place get a mission go back mission complete, the fps is gunna be like counter strike and ive saved the est till last the rpg bit!!!

   for the rpg i took alot of inspiration off rpgs such as pokemon, paper mario and borderlands, so like borderlands and pokemon and paper mario whenever you kill someone you get exp in which you get points to buy powers. one of the powers is that you can summon the dogs wife and sons and nephews to aid him againest the homeless and the crackhead people.
   i would love to here what amazing ideas you will have for this upcoming game!

   P.S. freedom can we start a new clean sheet? im finding it hard to talk on this site when you have a massive grudge on me, i would like to apologize for anything i have done to offend you.

   On paper sounds good, although such amalgamation of genres could end up in a development nightmare,like an accident just waiting to happen 8D, but it sounds really good, granted, and i forgot you didnt mention the stealth part, how it will be handle in the game?, you know a great idea will be upgrading your weapons like in bastion, i mean do an especific task in order to find materials in order to upgrade the weapon, but taking in further to the next level.

   As an ex-boss of mine once told me after pitching an idea, "everyone's an armchair game designer, right up until the point they have to start making the damn thing."

   Good luck LOLshock - if your idea really is that good, don't tell anyone, Download a standard design doc template and write it up. Then secure a job in QA. QA is the best route through to Design, usually takes about two or three years.

   Pro tip:
   One of the worst methods of conveying your idea to an audience is by usings other people's products to describe it. It instantly makes them think more about those other products than yours. If your product is worth hearing about, it's worth being described on its own merits, not the merits of others.

   I'd probably ditch the Dog the Bounty Hunter bit and just go with Bounty Hunter. Gives you a lot more artistic license and freedom. It's ok being inspired a bit by the series if that's your bag but I wouldn't give a Dog the Bounty Hunter game a second look, but would be a lot more interested in what you described.

   I have to agree with the comment about comparing it to other games. The fact that it really is a mash of pre-existing stuff, including the TV series from which it is inspired, really doesn't shout uniqueness, and FPS is a saturated market with loads of competition. I would encourage you to think in terms of under-exploited game markets. The other thing I'd like to put out there is that if you do come up with a killer game idea and pitch it in public, what's to stop someone from going "Great idea, glad I thought of it!"?

   As an elevator pitch, you have to say those things. Saying "It's GTA meets Paper Mario" can inspire an image in someone's mind quickly about what you are selling them.

   But... what are you actually selling here? Is there anything more behind this?

   I don't mean to be negative Nancy, but saying "openworld stealth FPS RPG" doesn't mean anything. What is behind those 4 words that will set the gaming world on fire?

    This is a great idea for a game. will it be like Deus Ex: Human Revolution in modern times? That's the only open world fpsrpg i could think of.Will it have a character creation tool so that u can use your bounty hunter online with a preset character in the singleplayer? overall it sounds like a great idea. the only problem is will it be allowed rating as you only kill homeless people and junkies? you do it in GTA and Deus Ex so i guess it will be fine.

    Lolshock, here's what you should do: make another account with the new name, and start posting, but don't overdo it, and refrain from excessive trolling.

    That's what Kerplunk does all the time. It works for him.

    Not bad idea, but it's just another simpsons game...just sain' that idea is nothing without realization.
