Well...my list is pretty long,here it is:
BIOSHOCK INFINITE - Irrational Games is back so this should really be something special.
MASS EFFECT 3 - The end of trilogy,here 's a hope that Bioware didn't messed it up like Dragon Age 2.
BORDERLANDS 2 - ,more loot,less brownish environments and perhaps better story.
HITMAN:ABSOLUTION - Long awaited sequel to the beloved franchise,and the long gameplay video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25DclRyAy2k looks pretty sweet.
PREY 2 - new direction,instead of Tommy you play as a badass alien bounty hunter called Killian Samuels.
DISHONORED - We haven't seen any trailers for this one but the fact that guys that were involved in Deus Ex and Half- Life 2 are part of it sure intrigues me.
TOMB RAIDER - One of the most iconic character in the gaming history(pick your reason why :) )is coming back but this time the franchise is rebooted
and we get to find out how Lara became The Tomb Raider.
FAR CRY 3 - Another sequel...back to the jungle setting and we get to find out "the definition of insanity"
ASSASSIN' S CREED 3 - The end of the journey for Desmond,Egypt as a setting is rumored but we will just have to wait and see.
KINGDOMS OF AMALUR:RECKONING - Open world RPG with lots of talent involved:Ken Rolston (lead designer from from Morrowind and Oblivion)Tod Mcfarlane(Spawn comic book)and R.A Salvatore(bestseller writer)
DARKSIDERS 2- The first one came as a quite surprise to me and even though it borrowed heavily from other games such as God Of War and Zelda I still enjoyed it very much so.This time around we play as Death and we are suppose to redeem our brother War.
ALIENS:COLONIAL MARINES- Can we have a good alien game after a long time?So far it looks decent enough,check it yourself:

There is so many!
Mass Effect 3, Diablo, Darksiders 2, Prototype 2, Syndicate, Kingdoms of Amalur, Hitman, Borderlands 2, Guild Wars 2!!!
I'm sure there are more.

Halo 4 by far the one game i am looking forward to the most.
hoping for something new half life.
also hoping for something new from bungie by the end of the year - probably nothing on this gen though i believe...so i doubt to see something in 2012 but they´ll reveal it for sure. can´t wait. it will be huge.bishock i am intersted in. i loved bs1 but 2 left me unimpressed. infinite looks fresh though.
kingdoms of amalur looks very very promising.
diablo III for sure.

GTA VThe Last Of Us - At this point Naughty Dog could release anything and I'd love it like a long lost child.
BioShock Infinite - Feels like I've almost seen too much of it at this point. It's going to be rather good though.
Hitman: Absolution - Looks better with every new piece of footage they release. All they need now is to fix the voice acting :D

Bioshock Infinite and GTA V are what I'm getting hyked about for this year. But then I've got a significant eye on Tomb Raider, Hitman and Mass Effect.

Metro: Last LightJust a single non-sequel in the bunch. Kinda sad.
Maybe's include Darksiders 2 (if they manage to move out of the clonezone), Far Cry 3 (I expect it to be Far Cry 2.5) and Dishonored (if it lives up to the hype)
If Avalanche move with Just Cause 3, it'll be "Year: Complete" for me.

Yeah...I have so many games to still finish from 2011 I'm going to try to limit my purchases for 2012...
However, I'm looking forward to most of the games mentioned above a few in particluar that I may end up buying at launch are:
Mass Effect 3
Metro: Last Light
Prey 2
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier (if it doesn't get delayed again...hopefully beta still on for this month...friends will force me to get it either way)BioShock Infinite, Dishonored, Aliens CM, Far Cry 3 all look cool, may wait to buy at a discount as is the case w/ Max Payne 3
I would say GTA V but I don't see it making it out this year...Spring 2013 seems more likely imo
And I wouldve said S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 by far most anticipated but unfortunately, it may be R.I.P.
