he seems somewhat retarded to me (no insult). especialy seeing is brother wearing a helmet which reminds me dramaticaly of those that autists wear when they constantly slam their heads to the nearest wall.

He's acting. So is his "brother". And that's not his mother. None of this is real. He's just poking fun at stereotypes.
Yes, he's cobviouslt severely overweight, but he's completely aware of the fact and he's trying to change it. 99% of his videos are comedy skits, but the guy himself is one of the most humble, intelligent, articulate and friendly people you could ever meet.

@OrbitMonkey Not on any particularly personal level, but I've seen a lot of videos over the years. He's actually rather well respected by his subscribers, and he's quite popular.
Amongst all the funny stuff, he has a few serious videos here and there as well. Some of it is surprisingly thoughtful.
But yeah, this isn't real. It's uncannily convincing in places though, that's for sure.
