Just so you're aware, I'm going to put the Borderlands competition live at 10am. I'm going to be asking for 3,000 comments, as the prize is a PS3 and the game.
I'm aware this pretty much knocks the latest comments box out of action for a few hours, and I'm going to start thinking of a way to manage it better. For today, though, be warned.

Uncharted went to 2,000 in about two hours. I reckon this might go properly bonkers, though. I'm expecting a stern stare from the EG tech people later on today.

Never been a fan of lottery competitions, where any idiot with a computer can sign up and win. People should have to earn their prizes imo.
This was frustrating as I couldn't even read the website for an hour or so.
That one shagged the server big time, definitely need a better system.
