So I live in Sudan [Africa] and yes we have video game stores in there and also we have high speed internet connections that are perfect for online gaming!, problem is we get our games a little later than you guys, like about 1 month later after the original release date.
So I couldn't wait for Uncharted 3 and was literally sick to my stomach that i couldn't play that game while the entire world was playing the sh!t out of it!, but lucky me i had a friend who was on his way back from Norway to Sudan the same release week, so i didn't even hesitate asking him to grab the game for me (I was planning on to paying him back as soon as he arrives).
And so.. he arrives with a beautiful bag that says:"GAMESTOP.. POWER TO THE PLAYERS!) it was my first time to hold a GAMESTOP bag ever! I fought my excitement for whats inside the bag and didn't tear it!. So I politely got my hands inside of it and held the BEAUTIFUL "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception" and actually dropped a couple of tears while doing that, but suddenly I noticed a white paper inside of the "POWER TO THE PLAYERS" bag, it was all in Norwegian language so i couldn't understand a thing! but a quite interesting 3 digit number caught my attention!!!!!! it was (599 kr)!!! I freaked out to death and Immediately held my cell phone and googled how much that was worth in american dollar... and there the number showed up.... One hundred and Two dollars and 56 cents!!! as soon as i saw the number I felt a little worm something coming out of my ass!! and just handed my friend the money (because I'd already promised I would pay back, right?!)
But now that I have finished the game I can safely say it was fucking worth every single cent!!!.
Don't you guyz agree??? let me know your thoughts in the comments!
thanx for reading my boring story ^_^
