Ive got a pair of ATi 6870s over clocked. Nvidia are good cards but simply so much money when compared to ATi, who offer much more bang for your buck!

Toms Hardware do monthly "best card for the money" articles at a number of price points.
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/fastest-graphics-card-radeon-geforce,review-32316.html that's the UK one for November 2011, if you need another region then visit the relevant version of the site.
Coincidentally the 6950 2GB is listed as the best value card for £220 this month while the 560 and 560 TI tie with other ATI cards at lower price points (in the UK)

Psst I have an MSI 560Ti and it's excellent. I can easily run Skyrim maxed out at over 50fps and the same for Battlefield 3.

Does it matter what fps you get lying prone in your home base watching sparks fly as you repair boost your way through the ranks?

imo, both are very good cards for their price point,so i suggest that you buy the one that costs less or so :p
consider the physx technology that comes with the nvidia card and the additional support AAA titles get from Nvidia drivers and GPUs...
man idk :D ,buy the one you likePosted 1 year ago #
