because on the 25th of November they are releasing 5 maps for free which will include 3 of the maps which are on the command dlc and 2 new ones which are clocktower and bloodmarch, so if you download the command dlc you are basicly paying 800 msp for 3 character skins 2 weapon skins and some stuff for horde
