Bioware screw up SWTWoW EU invites(AGAIN!)

Just to add to this - Yet ANOTHER fuck up from Bioware. They have sent out emails to many fans(myself included) about beta testing requesting to take a short survey re their experience.

However, the links are dead. These emails werent supposed to be sent out to the numbers they expected http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=9499546#edit9499546

By the looks of it, the entire database had the emails but werent actually IN the beta testing. What else can go wrong between now and December?!

It could have been worse. It could have been an invite to sweet FA like most of their database had over night. I know I wont get an invite because my graphics card isnt on their lists yet as the process is based upon system specs more than anything else.

Yeah its kind of funny how the 'how was your beta experience, take the survey' was quickly followed up with their marketing email 'pre-order today'.

Must EA sink to these low levels to try and increase pre-orders for this? Yes we KNOW its now being rushed for release but please EA, give us a break from your bullshit

But according to the lore, the Republic will loose this war, and only barely survive because the Empire betrays Malgus. What point is there to play for a side that is destined to loose? Also, they don't have force choke and lightning.

@ Talkar - you are wrong. George Lucas is infact changing this for a 3d movie releases next year! LOL

Ive played the 'good guys' on WoW and Rift of late and its boring. I kind of miss being evil (like I was in Galaxies), hunting down and killing Jedi.

I remember one day I tracked someone down who was in a cave and he saw me on the map. He requested I waited until he finished the quest he was on. I said 'either you come out, or I am coming in'. So in I went and killed the rebel scum! hahahahahahah

EA had accidently sent an email that was meant for those that actually are in the beta. If it was an email saying you are INVITED TO BETA with no link that's where you should be mad but an email asking you to preorder and to take a survey based on your experience means throwing a tantrum like a 2 year old?

Grow up they are humans. If you actually did Customer service or IT you would see how easy it is to do that.

Btw they had sent the email to everyone not just EU but everyone that was in the mailing list.

Haha.

To be honest I'm much more of a horde/Defiant kinda guy. I'm really only invested in Republic because all my MMO buddies play the good side... wimps.

That's why I set up the Dark Side page on the guild site lol... that's mainly for me and my alts I will no doubt make.
