Why is it that the main site keeps logging me out? I'll sign in at say... 10:00, and then later (Say, 16:00 for instance) I'll be signed back out again. What's the deal?

Because they're no "keep my logged in" button on the front page.
If you put in your password incorrectly, you can access the other log-in page, which has the "Keep my logged in" button.
