Note my more than willing appreciation for all the gaming formats.
When I come to rob you Michael, I'm taking the house phone!
^ Hahahaha, that made me laugh.

I am looking to have a custom unit made as well, I'll be interested in the pic. I would like my Pioneer Kuro wall mounted but I also want cables for over 15 devices accessible and tidy
It's based on this design.

Mine will have a flat front on the base (i.e. no cutaway as shown here), English oak top (I think this is walnut) and will be one shelf-level lower with a larger space to fit a new 3D Bravia. Also, the middle third of the base section will be open (no doors) with glass shelves for my PS3 and high-end Blu-ray player, and the cable box.
I've always wanted to build a cinema/games room; finally The Wife agreed to convert our built-in garage. Now to find four leather armchairs in the old cinema style ....
Sorry to disappoint you all, but the phone was replaced months ago with a nice, shiny wireless one. =P
Hey, I got nearly 10 years of service out of it. It's served its duties well.
Here's our newest family member..

PS2, GameCube, PS1, N64, SNES, NES, Atari 7800, Atari 2600 all packed away nice and snug in storage.
Thanks for the fun topic sg1974!

@trigger
nice, very very nice :-)
The setup I'm currently running is:
i5 CPU 760
NVIDIA GTX 570
8GB RAM
Win7 64x
The CPU is a little on the lower end and probably the one part of my machine that I need to upgrade. So far though I don't have any problems running any games.

2 Samsung slimline 24"s

BOX:
case is a corsair 650D (all fans indy controlled)

cooler is a noctua nh-d14 with some scythe fans
P/S is a corsair pro gold 850 modular

Personally, not a console gamer, but I have a 360 kickin' around somewhere. Tried to make the build as clean as possible as far as the cabling goes.
My AV/console equipment for the cinema/gaming room:
Sony Bravia KDL46EX723 3D LED (just ordered)
Sony BDPS580 3D Blu-ray/DVD player
Sony PS3 320GB Slim
Microsoft XBox 360 S 250GB with Kinect
Nintendo Wii with Wii Fit (might sell)
V+ HD cable box
Haven't decided on a surround system or sound bar yet. Probably the latter (I hate speakers everywhere, especially with wires trailing all over the place) - can anyone recommend one?
