So I figure a few people may have seen this, but i think its a nice bit of footage of Skyrim on the 360.

Looks pretty good. Can't wait to see what the mod community will do with it.
The menu screen looks a bit inconvenient to use with a mouse though, hope they'll implement controller support for the PC version.
Thanks OrbitMonkey. I haven't actually seen this yet.
I gotta say it does look pretty good on the 360, although I'll still be buying for PC; mainly for the mods.
BTW the crowd are really going nuts in that vid; is that normal? I was kind of shocked :O.
Watched the entire thing. It looks absolutely fantastic on the 360 and can't imagine what it will look like with the PC. Not even sure what the mod community will do with it. Mod community will absolutely need teams to implement their ideas within the game.
Yeah I hear you all about the mod community. I'm limited to a ps3 & i'm very envious of what those guys can do with the pc versions of games like fallout/elder scrolls QQ
Though I don't think they'll top what Bethesda have done with the map & perk tree. That looks sweet :)
Yeah before the system was implemented through most programming and less art now you have a completely different system. Like I said a small dev team to mod this game no doubt. ANd good luck trying to improve the textures that is intense what they did especially with the snow.
Thanks for the footage dude, even if it isn't the highest quality I just couldn't resist watching it again for god knows how many times now :) .It's removed :( .
Ah shite, zenimax dropped the dmca hammer on the vid.
I spent a lot of time last week reinstalling Oblivion and modding the shit out of it. Takes a long time because there are an absolute fuck tonne of mods out there and finding the best ones for you is a slow process. The game looks and plays sooooooooo much better once you've got everything in place.
One more thing I'd like is an armour texture replacer, not new armours, just new textures for the old armours that are a bit less bulky and basic.
Oblivion and Morrowind have been so extensively modded because of the shortfalls of the gamebryo engine, hopefully Skyrim will suffer from those a lot less. Additionally thanks to all the modding that was done bethesda have great real world feedback on what people liked and didn't like about the way Oblivion worked. They'd really be daft not to have a look through the most popular mods and take something away from that.
