Saw it at the midnight showing in Southern Cali....It was better than i expected. They really did a good job portraying Captain America's boy scout nature of puting all others before himself.
If you go to see STAY TILL AFTER THE CREDITS! IT IS VERY REWARDING! trust me!

It was good. I felt the same way. But being a comic fan, i went and saw it and it was pretty decent. Not all amazing but still a good thrill@EDO

Just saw this today (Only just came out in the UK today), and you were right Spider, it was much better than my expectations. In fact, it might just be my favourite Marvel film so far. I thought it did a really good job of being it's own film, but yet a nice setup for Avenger's without sacrificing much. During the film I remember thinking, I would actually rather see a "Captain America 2" than an Avenger's film. However, that quickly changed when the film ended and I saw the conclusion. I am very much psyched for the Avenger's movie now.
