If anyone else is like me I enjoy watching the conferences either live or afterwards so I thought making a topic where we can all collect the different locations to watch them would help everyone :D

I personally use Gametrailers for live stream since they have the best picture quality imo

Gametrailers have the exclusive for Microsoft (or is that just SpikeTV having the exclusive on TV?), and they also have a bunch of live content (like demos of Batman and Elder Scrolls straight after the MS presser), so it may be best to stick with them.
Elsewhere: Nintendo are streaming their presser on their website (http://bit.ly/m5rU17) and Sony are doing the same over on the PS Blog (http://bit.ly/lYxhm2).

I'll probably pop onto VG247 now and then to check on their, ever brilliant, live-blogs.
Hopefully my new university internet connection (10mbps) will be able to handle the streams this year. Last year I was running sub-2mbps and the feeds were awful!

I'm pretty sure Spike are the only broadcaster streaming the Microsoft presser on TV

Everyone will stream the press conferences, but Spike has the exclusives on showing MS and EA on TV.
