erm... the ORIGINAL Perfect dark game (released on the N64) is supposed to be coming to XBL Arcade but I can't remember what the latest news on that is...
If it's an XBL Arcade game then yes it will have the standard 200 gamerpoints worth of achievements.
[EDIT: Available this 'winter' - http://www.vg247.com/2009/06/06/pefect-dark-xbl-gets-screened-dated-for-winter/ ]
If you are referring to Perfect Dark Zero, which was an Xbox 360 Launch title and is now available on the Games On Demand then yes it will have achievements and whether its good or not depends on how you look at it. I thought it was quite fun back in the day but that was probably due to the limited number of 360 games available at launch :)

It was just OK imo.Posted 3 years ago # -
What's the latest on the PerfectDark or GoldenEye007 N64 remake? Even a straight port of 007 would be great fun with added online play.

I think GoldenEye is unlikely to appear on XBLA or WiiWare due to licensing...
I think Nintendo own the licence to the GoldenEye game, while Microsoft own Rare and a different company owns the exclusive rights to release James Bond games at the moment

Pity really I have only heard good things about golden eye.

All I know is ONE of the BIG 3 should bust out their check book and jump on this and re-release Rare's GoldenEye or PerfectDark cause EVERYBODY wants it with today's online blissfullness.

Perfect Dark is coming this Winter I believe, as I think Rare kept ownership of that, as it was original IP
