I have to agree.
Seeing a article about this or that company and looking at a ridicoulusly funny picture of the CEO is priceless and a signature feature of vg247.

I like it guys.
At first I wasn't sure about the font, but I'm cool with it now.
I like the new more compact blogroll, only thing I'll say is you've got to be more careful picking your images, or have a cropped version for the blogroll, if you look at the pic for the article "3000AD announces Line of Defense" that illustrates it quite well, it's very squinty to look at on the main page, there are at least two others on the top page atm that I'd also put in the "too squinty" category.

Where can I report a bug?
The Facebook 'like' button constantly reloads the page of an article and on each reload the like button shifts left about 20px making it impossible to read the page because its so wide.
HTC Desire on 2.2 Android browser with flash 10 installed and javascript on.

What an odd bug! I've just tried testing it on an HTC Hero running 2.2 and I'm not seeing it. Bit difficult to replicate this one unfortunately. There's definitely nothing unusual about the way we've implemented the like button. Hmm.

Just to add the browser follows the like button on each shift.
I am logged in Facebook, if that makes a difference, and I wasn't logged in here but since logging in it still tracks the button. I will clear my caches and report back.
The reloads only happen on pages with the like button, the forum and homepage are fine.
EDIT: Cleared caches and restarted phone and still tracks the like button. :(

Well, the thing is growing on me a bit now. There is a lot to take in. But some very cool features.
Frosty, I am still seeing my mod options. I haven't found anything to use those powers on yet. Was kind of hoping that we may not need to be as vigilant as we had to be in the past. Sometimes I get evil looks from my wife when i announce that i just need to log on and check for spam lol.
Overall getting a two thumbs up fro me at this point, the only draw back is the Captcha thing - I realy don't like that at all.

One more thing Mart... I noticed that when an article/story is short & has a small number of comments, the "© 2011 videogaming247 Ltd." footer seems out of place since, well, it's not at the bottom of the page.

@xino It simply allows you to access a news story later from the "My News" tab. Handy in case you want to go back and check comments on a story a while after it was posted, for instance.

mathar: It's meant to look like that, yeah. You make a fair point that it's a slightly odd position when the page hasn't ended yet, but I figured that the footer was unobtrusive enough that it wasn't really a problem. Not really sure where else I could put it in a tidy manner. Maybe just a blob of text under the sidebar.

Sub-headings (e.g. "Sense of closure, loss" in http://www.vg247.com/2011/02/02/thq-swings-to-loss-in-q3/) aren't getting bolded in Opera 11.00.
Not sure how anal you want to get, but checking that page in http://validator.w3.org/ brings up 52 errors and 7 warnings.

This might seem like a weird thing to gripe about, but it's really bugging me.
I keep a front page tab open all the time. Since the rejig the front-page title says "VG247 | This is the news" rather than just "VG247". I find this ridiculously irritating for some reason. Is there any way we could lose the extra bit?

@M2Kx, click on Home in the category bar, on the black bar under that last on the right, click on "My Profile" in there there's an option to "edit this information" which takes you to a more complete editing tool.

Yep, that's why we changed it :) But it's been like that since yesterday. Maybe M2Kx didn't try it again or something.
