80% of the time: Home cooked Korean food.
Tonight was grilled fish, boiled cabbage soup, pork & quail eggs, squash, eggplant & onions, black beans and seasame seeds, salted seaweed & rice.
Sometimes I'll make spaghetti, or we'll go out on weekends for Korean BBQ or to other restaurants. Last weekend I went to an all you can eat sushi, salad & california roll bar.
There's a guy that sells roasted chickens outside my building (2 for about $9) so I'll sometimes eat one of those (yes, the whole chicken).
In a few weeks, once I crank up my workout, I'll be adding 3 meals a night: sweet potatoes, fruit, rice, chicken, protein shakes, tuna + veggies. Every. Single. Day.
