I would say that the majority of Japan accepts this as being non-shocking. A kind of "well, where's the harm?" kind of attitude, which is why Japan is so backward as regards women's rights, and why these kinds of creepy games can exist.
Still, as long as the game is correctly rated, I don't mind.
What I SERIOUSLY dislike, is the casual inclusion of perviness and fan-service in virtually all kids anime. Even in my school, the girls are often expected to give the guys a little fan-service at events, and everybody is okay with it accept me and a Japanese teacher who lived abroad for 8 years.
I don't think people looking at it from outside Japan have any idea how bad it is.
For example, we have to have a special train in the morning where men are not allowed to enter the carriage, so that the women don't get groped. @.@ And in my company, all of the male teachers for the last 9 years have ended up being disciplined and in some cases fired for "sexual harassment" of the female students. I'm the only one to survive to date.
That's all kinds of fucked up.
