you think it helps them.It looked like it did on 360 but not because of DLC but userbase.
it will not apply to that degree now
As for Titanfall Microsoft has no authority over it aside from the time period they paid EA for. There are no third party exclusives nowdays, that's a given.
a recent example Minecraft
If it has lost impact as you said within a year, then it's not worth it for a game.Good games survive and shine amongst others for many years.
As for Halo taking it's place... for SOME people it will.
i smell sour grapes though
You're thinking too much of what you get now rather in the longrun.
Don't get delussional that Microsoft sealed the deal with some rehashed games and a timed exclusive for launch.Sony might not impress at launch either but we know what those first party devs of theirs are capable of.More so now that they seem to add new ones.
I stand to what i've been saying so far. Both launch line ups are weak especially compared to what is still given in this gen where most people will stay for a little longer before going to the next.
COD,FIFA,GTAV,GT6,Castlevania 2,FFXIV:ARR,Dark Souls 2,Beyond 2 souls,Diablo III and many others ready to be released for the current consoles and far exceed 7th gen's launch line up
Never said you did.You just mentioned shooters vs shooters in your previous post as if shooters are making the most impact
