I am not quite sure how many people have noticed this before me, but when you add Dawn of War 2: Retribution to your wishlist on Steam, then view your wishlist, the icon next to Dawn of War 2: Retribution shows a female inquisitor which kind of confirms the inquisition as the new race, though as far as i am aware it hasn't officially been announced yet.
