So I've been planning on buying Left4Dead for a while and after playing a mates copy of it decided I'd get it so we could play some on XBL, but everywhere I look the game is STILL £30+!
Why hasn't it come down like every other game released around the same time?
Anyone know of a good place to get a copy of it? I'm willing to go pre-owned but didn't really want to pay above £20... :(

Still above your budget, but bookmark the site (or set up an alert so it'll email you when your chosen game hits your preferred price-point) and you'll be fine. I've used that site for years and it's great. Join, make a wishlist, set pricepoints and then forget about it until it emails you. Good for letting people know what to get you for birthdays and Xmas too.

You might want to Asda if you have one near you. I picked it up there for £20 in store a couple of weeks ago.
As great as L4D is, I highly suggest get a price-dropped copy.
Maybe some of the gang here could be up for a night on the game sometime on the 360?

...Its all the game is worth...
its a popular game so the price will stay quite high but there are bargains to be had. Try everywhere even eBay no doubt you can get it cheap somewhere.
I've decided to just rent it from LoveFilm for now, and then will possibly just buy the second one when that comes out later.
