Still nooby sniper precision assault rifles i see :\ Wonder if a CoD game will ever require skill...
Well i atleast hope they tweak the grenades so that they're thrown at a human distance rather the CoD4 & 5's mortar-like range (seriously, you can throw one across the map? wtf?).Posted 3 years ago # -

Geki, everybody who plays it has the same weapons to choose from, and the same grenade throwing distance.
Nobody has an unfair advantage over anyone else.
You talk about not needing skill or whatever, but I don't use an AR, or snipe people from across the map and I win the vast majority of the games that I play.
Out of my clan, some use AR's some snipe, some are run and gun with SMG's and some like to mix and match.
The game is massively varied, and tbh, if you just keep getting taken out by the same guy with the same weapons in the same way, then it's not the game that's at fault.

When did i ever say the game was unequal?

Sort of, and also because i want the game to be good and some better physics have never hurt anyone... Atleast better physics in a game havnt ;)

People love Modern Warfare. This looks to be more of the same, but bigger and better. Worked for Gears, will do wonders here. STRONG contender, at least.

Any time I see someone say its awesome it always makes me laugh :P but hey carry on playing mediocre games ;) I'll be playing games which in almost every case will be far superior.

David, which games are you referring to that make COD4 look mediocre? While I agree that due to subjectivity, COD4 might not be awesome to you, but I highly doubt there is a game out there that makes COD4 appear mediocre in comparison.

I've got a feeling that not a single one of your favourite games will ever even come close to outselling COD4.
Your opinion of one of the most popular, critically acclaimed, award winning, best selling games in the entire history of gaming means absolutely nothing. In fact, your opinion is about as valid as those geriatric politicians who try and ban any game that's designed for someone over the age of 3.
So please amuse me.

And your opinion of a game you haven't even played yet is more valid. You've already made your mind up in regards to game of the year when looking at whats coming on the PS3 and 360. Games like Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, Last Guardian, Uncharted 2, Splinter Cell Convictions, to name a few all have bigger potential for being a GOTY than this does.
Oh yeah I forget unless a game has mindless fan-boys like you that automatically say a game is GOTY even though they haven't even played it means so much more than looking at the bigger picture and pedigree of games that are coming out as well.
Also going by your most popular theory Wii Fit is a GOTY as well ;) and brain training lol.
