When copying the cell, you'll have to either type the numbers in or use 'Paste Special'-&gt;'Value Only'. </p> <p>Another feature I've put in there is Conditional Formatting which can be found under 'Format'. Basically, you highlight a huge region of the sheet where you know your values have to be between 1 and 3, then go to Conditional Formatting, and set up a "IF NOT BETWEEN 1 AND 3 -&gt; Change Background to RED" condition.</p> <p>If you want to quickly search for a column containing a specific game, just use CTRL+F to find it. </p> <p>Finally, there's a nice option in GoogleDocs that allows you to 'Publish the Spreadsheet to Web' (it's under FILE), which basically means that anyone with the link can see a read-only 'webpage' containing the Spreadsheet. Any changes you make are then automatically reflected on the page - so presumably, if you're tallying up the votes every few days, people can effectively see which game is leading without having to go through all the thread posts.
