Its not bad considering Rockstar picked it up half way through dev. after Capcom pulled the plug. It was mission based though. The mulitplayer was ok and the quick draw stuff was different. Standard cover-system 3rd person shooter fare. Upgradable weapons, plenty of unlocks, and a grainy filter over the screen to make it look like an old film. Since GTA4's announcing, I've been praying they'd revisit the franchise using the same tech and going open world.
