Giskard, on the PC, really?

I'm just wondering, because they've been lowering the price since shortly after release. It released right before a Steam sale, and then it went down to 15 euro within a week or two.

Then they put it down to 15 euro again on another sale, and then they tried to give it away with Max Payne 3, and now this again.

Maybe it was the plan all along, but it just seems to me like they really want to get rid of it.

DSB, you're aware it has sold millions of copies?

Also, it's a very decent game. The faces are really well made, and the city is well recreated (Or so I think).

Really worth a shot if you want a sandbox game.

Depends on who you ask I guess. It was poorly optimized for PC, which probably kept some people away.

As a game I think it's a pretty failed mix of Police Quest and GTA.

The best part of the game is in the adventure sections where you're looking for evidence or questioning people, but then it's forced into this open world that really isn't used for anything, save for action scenes, which really could've settled for less.

I don't get the point in having you drive everywhere, when the cars handle like boxcars. The driving physics are a lot closer to San Andreas than GTA IV.

I was pretty disappointed the first time I had to shoot a hostage taker. With Police Quest and Swat in mind, I tried to incapacitate him, but he dies even if you do shoot him in the leg.

The facial technology is supposed to be amazing, but all the women look like they've been hit in the face with an axe.

Which sums up the game pretty good in my opinion. It means well, but it just doesn't work.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/110800/

Personally I think they should just start giving them away.

Well, I guess they already tried that with Max Payne 3.

Really, how many times can you sell LA Noire for pretty much nothing until someone actually starts buying it? This is something like the third or fourth time since launch.
