Apparently if you completed the Arrival DLC the outcome of that from your imported save is discussed in the full game, if you didn't complete the Arrival DLC the intro will just be like the demo.

"not as much in ME1."

Adding 1% every time you level up a skill doesn't make the game have more options what Bioware has done with ME2 and now ME3 is far better. Everytime you increase a skill your abilities get exponetially more powerful along with looking cool instead of the oh my reticule is now 1% more acurate and hits 1% harder. Thats boring.

I enjoyed the demo I thought the gameplay had vastly improved compared to the second one because now you don't have to worry about cover spots just coming up when you go into combat. You can now roll into a cover and you have two attacks for melee along with it looking visually different depending on the class. I also like that the classes can now equip whatever they want up to 3 weapons at a time.

I can't say much for the story because it was a demo and Bioware had said they had removed most of the dialog to avoid spoilers but from what I had played I am enjoying it especially the first area.

Well I feel like its very similar to ME2 combat, really in almost every way. But having said that I haven't played ME2 in a while and can't really remember it very well. I like the new level system more than in ME2 but not as much in ME1. ME1 had so much more variation and options but I like the choice between the two different paths in the demo. To me it feels very much like ME2 which isn't bad.
I defiantly preferred the original but what you gonna do? Its still got the storyline and the characters and that's ultimately what makes me love bioware.

So, I saw that there was a thread for multiplayer impressions but not generic impressions on ME3. I would like to get other people's thoughts on ME3 and know what you all think about it, good or bad. Discuss, people! ;)

I believe that it feels like a good addition too the Mass Effect series. I can like and dislike the "new" system of combat. It feels more refined but then it also feels like a generic shooter. I'm glad it still has the ME twist of powers and classes otherwise, I would miss the combat style of ME2. I know it hasn't changed too much, it's just the refinement was a bit of shock at first.

Anyways, as I said, thoughts?
