Activision is just the publisher side of things. Bungie can obviously do their own thing and don't need Blizzard nor do they want them two different companies with completely different philosophies on game design. </p> <p>I actually know someone who has graduated from the program that I am currently going through and he is an intern for Blizzard. They threw him on the project titan team to learn under a level designer. It is being done all in house and Blizzard is not working on anything outside of Starcraft, Diablo 3, WOW and Project Titan. People just like to draw lines where there are none.
