Black Ops 2: Vengeance Map Pack out in July, teaser video released
Activision has released a preview video for Vengeance, the third DLC Map Pack available for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Rumored earlier this week, the map pack includes four new multiplayer maps: Cove, Detour, Rush, and Uplink, a reimagining of the classic map Summit. Also included is the brand new Zombies adventure Buried, which features the new bonus Zombies weapon, the Ray Gun Mark II. Vengeance arrives first on Xbox Live July 2, with other platforms to follow.

Mars: War Logs update fixes English localization issue, is 33% off on Steam today
Mars: War Logs was released in late April on PC and the console versions were to follow soon, however, developer Spider Studio held off onthe release in order to fix English localization issues which plagued the PC release.

Wargaming accepting applications for World of Tanks Xbox 360 beta
World of Tanks will be going into beta for Xbox 360, and Wargaming is accepting applications. An Xbox Live Gold account is required to participate in it. The game will be free-to-play with an XBL Gold memberships when it launches this summer, but Silver members will be able to try out a demo to see if it warrants a Gold membership for them. Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag gameplay video is full of ship carnage

Neverwinter beta to conclude with three-phase event
The Neverwinter beta is coming to an end soon, and it is going out with a bang of sorts. Starting today, a three part event for players in the beta will commence along with double the rewards until June 17. Then, the second phase starts in which players will be tasked with guarding the Protector’s Enclave until June 20. Finally, the third phase on June 19 add stronger and more monster. Those who succeed in the final two phases will be handed a companion, special rewards and other goodies. The event ends when the game launches on June 20. To get you excited for launch, Cryptic has released a new “What is Neverwinter” trailer. Enjoy.

Super Mario 3D World’s camera feature explained in video
Koichi Hayashida, the producer of Super Mario 3D World, is featured in the video below talking about the game’s camera feature – a feature explained by Nintendo president and CEO Satoru Iwata, during the firm’s E3 Nintendo Direct presentation. Game’s out on Wii U this December.

Injustice: Gods Among Us to add General Zod as fourth DLC character
Superman nemesis General Zod will be the fourth DLC character for Injustice: Gods Among Us. The character was revealed through on of Conan O’Brien’s “Clueless Gamer” segements and confirmed by Ed Boon on Twitter. Expect a gameplay video demonstrating his moved next week. Civilization 5: Brave New World E3 trailer released
Civilization 5: Brave New World has a new video available from E3, which focuses diplomacy which is apparently a big deal in the game as in life. I’d fail miserably and just launch an all out war with my neighbors. This is why I don’t play strategy games: I am horrible at them. Anyway, watch the trailer below. Brave New World is expected in North America on July 9 and elsewhere on July 12.

New Pokémon X and Pokémon Y screens, information, and trailer has been released by Nintendo, showing off the Kalos region; its many towns to explore; people to meet; and never-before-seen Pokémon to encounter. Earth Defense Force 2025 E3 trailer counts down to carnage
Earth Defense Force, assemble! Somehow or other we are under attack by giant insect aliens again, and as usual everyone else is uselessly dying. Cue the arrival of Air Raider, who appears with a Metal Gear Solid homage to save the day. The recently delayed Earth Defense Force 2025 is headed to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in early 2014.

Final Fantasy 14 developer video discusses “F.A.T.E.” events
Square Enix has released a developer video for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn which discusses the MMO’s Full Active Time Events, also known as F.A.T.E. These are events in the game which can happen randomly while the player is minding his or her own business running about the game world. The events can come in the form of a huge monster spawn, or a group of such appearing in non-instanced areas. When it occurs, an alert will pop up on the game screen so player in the zone can join in. Find out more below. Game’s out on PC and PS3 in August and will release on PS4.

Fez 2 announced at Horizon Indie Game Conference
Fez 2 is in development at Polytron, according to an announcement made at the end of the Horizon Indie Game Conference at E3. While Phil Fish wasn’t there to make the announcement, the logo for the in-development title was shown, according to our newshound on the round Catherine Cai. No other details were provided, but once we know more, we will be sure to pass it along. You can watch the teaser shown below.

Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z gameplay videos show some actual gameplay
Quite a few videos have been released for Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z, and each are less than two minutes long but at least you get a look at gameplay.
