Left 4 Dead 2 patch updates both Windows and Linux versions
Left 4 Dead 2 has been patched with updates which apply to both the Windows and Linux versions of the zombie infested shooter. One of the bigger fixes is to a Jockey exploit, the bastard, which will no longer allow players to insta-kill him when shoving the jerk mid leap. Other fixes include restoring sounds and the like. Arma 3 Alpha updated to version 0.58
Bohemia Interactive has released a new update for the Arma 3 Alpha, and in version 0.58, new dedicated combat and stealth radio protocols have been added along with tweaks to lighting and audio. Also, multiplayer dedicated server administrators now have access to a “separated executable” to host such servers more conveniently. Have a look at the entire changelog here, and to automatically update to the new version, just log into Steam.

Poker Night 2 now available for iOS
Poker Night 2, along with Brock Fucking Samson, is now available for iOS. Telltale’s poker simulator will run you $4.99 on the App Store, and also includes Sam and Max, Claptrap, GLaDOS, and my personal hero, Ash Williams. Head over to the App Store and pick it up. Thunder Wolves now on Steam, XBLA and PSN launch to be announced
BitComposer Games has announced Thunder Wolves, the arcade-style helicopter-shooter from Most Wanted Entertainment, is now available through Steam for $14.99. The versions for PSN and XBLA will be released “shortly” thereafter. The game contains plenty of action with explosions and destructible environments with nine helicopters with unique arsenals at the player’s disposal. Each of the 13 missions contain elements of either stealth, escorting, or seek-and-destroy. You can also enlist the help of a buddy through local cop-op. Check it out through the link.
