Sony has updated the European end of the PS Store and Plus members are in for a treat this week with free downloads of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, ICO and Shadow of the Colossus HD, and Demon’s Souls. Elsewhere, you can grab Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance off the store, The Warriors from Rockstar as promised last week, and on May 31 Fuse will be available through the service. Diggs Nightcrawler, the Sony Wonderbook title, is also available today.

As promised earlier this month, Rockstar has announced that The Warriors will arrive on PSN next week for PS3. The title will be available as part of the PS3 Classics collection, and arrives on the US end of the store May 28 for $9.99 and on the European end May 29.

Manhunt has released on PSN Europe, courtesy of publisher Rockstar Games. The mega-controversial kill-em-up comes with all the PS2 content intact and unedited.

IF you’re one of those people who are still investing in PS3 digital downloads you won’t be able to play on the PS4 (like all of us), then you will be happy to know that the PS2 versions of Grand Theft Auto portable entries Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories will be available for digital purchase next week in North America and Europe for $9.99 / €9.99 / £7.99. Roll Tide.

Sony has updated the European end of the PS Store with Darkstalkers Resurrection, Mountain Crime: Requital, Atelier Ayesha and plenty more. There’s also demos on-hand for Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel, Mountain Crime: Requital, Darkstalkers Resurrection and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge. DLC for Dead Space 3, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Sound Shapes, and Sleeping Dogs are also available.

Midnight Club: Street Racing and Midnight Club 2 are listed on the regular upcoming release post on the US PlayStation Blog as PS2 Classics. The pair have not been priced, but other Rockstar classics have been priced at $9.99/€9.99/£7.99. Details will likely arrive with the PlayStation Store update. The first Midnight Club arrived in 2000 and its sequel hit in 2003.

Before making the transition from retail to downloadable and mobile titles, Nihilistic Software was working on various titles for PS3 and Xbox 360, and a God of War Home space, according to a LinkedIn resume.

From today and for the rest of the week, you can pick up Twisted Metal PS3 for $29.99, Twisted Metal (PSone Classic) for$4.99, Twisted Metal 2 (PSone Classic) for $4.99, Twisted Metal Black (PS2 Classic) for $7.99, or you can pick up all the above through the Twisted Birthday Bundle for just $39.99. The sale was not noted on the EU PS Blog, so as of press time, it appears to be for North America only. We’ll keep checking.
