PlayMemories Studio to launch on PSN later today

Son has announced PlayMemories Studio will be available through the PlayStation Store later today. Part of Sony’s PlayMemories suite, the service is compatible through Vita or PSP via Remote Play. You can download it through the Media & Apps category for $15.00, and if you are a Plus subscriber or you’ve purchase a Sony camera or camcorder recently, you can download the app for free. There is also a 30-day trial version available as well.[image]

I Am Alive landing on PSN April 4

Ubisoft has announced I Am Alive will be available to download on PSN April 4, and for the first two weeks, Plus subs will get 20% off the regular price of the title. There isn’t a price listed, but the Ubisoft Shanghai game was released on XBLA for 1200 MSP, so expect it to hit around the $15 mark.

PlayStation Network downloads and transactions back online

A moderator post on the European PlayStation forums – and comments from many relieved users – indicates an error which blocked downloads and transaction lists of paid content has been resolved. The problem struck in the wake of last week’s maintenance and was not universal, but affected most PAL territories, hitting PS Plus users particularly hard.
