Siliconera reports Pokémon director Junichi Masuda has hinted a new game announce may happen soon. Speaking to fans at a Q&A event, and later following up on Twitter, the developer said those keen to hear about ne games should watch Pokémon Smash, a weekly Japanese TV show. No announcement was made during Sunday’s episode. Despite Gamefreak’s protestations, several signs point at an upcoming Pokémon Gray followup to 2011′s Black and White, possibly for 3DS.

Nintendo has updated its eShop, DSiWare and WiiWare offerings with MonkeyPaw’s action-adventure title BurgerTime World Tour, and Game Boy Classic actioner, Maru’s Mission. In Nintendo Video, a new episode of Dinosaur Office called Romance will air on February 14 at 9.00am, and new this week is 40-in-1 Explosive Megamix, and action-adventure title from Nordcurrent.

EnjoyUp Games has announced the retro-styled 99Seconds for DSiWare and the 3DS eShop service. The game allows the player to modify time to avoid danger. After finishing off Black Eye in 99Bullets, V-99 entered “a mysterious zone” called Bit 8 inhabited by Black Vectors hellbent, apparently, on destroying anything entering their domicile. The concept of 99Seconds is to survive using SlowDown to control time and avoid the enemies. Blue Energies will appear during the game providing the player with extra time. When the time reaches zero, the SlowDown power disappears, and if hit, the player will be defeated.

Nintendo has updated its eShop, DSiWare and WiiWare offerings with Zen Pinball 3D, a title which allows you to create music, and a math programs with Carmen Sandiego as your instructor.

Nicalis has confirmed that Cave Story for DSiWare has been delayed. The developer said on its Twitter in response to a fan that it went to certification, but that it failed to pass it “for some really minor crap with the manual.” It was noted that recertification would be attempted later on this month. The DSiWare version of the action-adventure sidescrolling RPG was announced two years ago.

Nintendo has released a new set of downloadable games available through the use of US Club Nintendo coins. The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask can be yours through Virtual Console for 150 coins; Dr. Mario Online Rx is available through WiiWare for 100 coins; Dr. Mario Express is 150 coins through DSiWare; and Kirby’s Dream Land can be yours for 100 coins through the 3DS Virtual Console. Nintendo has released The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition as part of its ongoing 25th Anniversary celebration for The Legend of Zelda. It’s available as a free DSiWare download, but for a “limited time only.” The game allows four player co-op and have been updated to include a new new single-player mode.
