Xbox 360 sales in the UK look set to overtake the Wii. According to GFK Chart-Track, Microsoft’s console was just 200,000 units behind at the end of December, having outsold Nintendo’s product by over four times in 2012.

If you’re having trouble accessing certain Nintendo Network services today, don’t worry – it’s not just you. Pokémon Black & White and Black & White 2, Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper, the Wii U eShop, Wii Shopping Channel and DSiWare shop are all undergoing emergency maintenance. According to Nintendo’s estimates, it should be finished tinkering with all of these by 5:00PM PST January 29. Happily, not all services will be offline for this entire time; hit the link for more information.

Atlus is offering reissues of the first three Etrian Odyssey titles in Canada, according to a pre-order ad from Canadian retailer Video Games Plus. The Nintendo DS games Etrian Odyssey, Etrian Odyssey 2: Heroes of Lagaard and Etrian Odyssey 3: The Drowned City are up for $29.99 each, and customers can a create bundle out of the offers to receive a $15 discount. The trilogy is expected to arrive in Canada in early 2013. The next game in the series, Etrian Odyssey 4: Legends of the Titan, is slated for release on 3DS and eShop on February 26. Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed has a demo available on XBL Marketplace today. You can check availability in your region here. The racer lands on Wii U November 18 in the US and November 30 in Europe, and is out today in Europe on DS, PC, PS3, Vita and Xbox 360. It arrives on the aforementioned consoles December 11 in the US. Review scores were posted for the game earlier today.

Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed will be released on PC at some point, and when it lands on the system, it will contain Team Fortress 2 characters – according to the video posted below.
