Metal Max 4: Moonlight Diva has been announced for 3DS. The RPG, vehicle combat titles takes place in a post apocalyptic world with an open ended gameplay and combat dogs.The game was announced via Famitsu and will be released in Japan this fall. Kadokawa Games will publish the title, and its DLC. Thanks, Siliconera.

European 3DS owners have reported crash issues with StreetPass after applying the latest firmware update. According to CVG, users are finding that when they purchase the new content available through the update, an error messages occurs causing them to be unable to download the titles. A Nintendo representative said the firm was aware of “the technical difficulties which are occurring,” and that it is “currently investigating the situation.” Thanks, CVG.

Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai has called the stress of deciding which characters stay and go in each iteration of Nintendo’s brawler “almost deadly”. It’s not a decision the man has made lightly for the incoming Wii U and 3DS editions.
